Upcoming PRES Lectures

About the Event
PRES lectures, launched January 2021, offer masters and doctoral students at UW the opportunity to showcase their research for the other members of the program and department. These lectures are a great way for people working on theses, MRPs, or dissertations to get feedback and an occasion to share what you’re passionate about with your peers and colleagues. Sessions consist of a brief introduction, a 20-minute lecture by the presenter, and an open questions period of about 20-25 minutes. The lectures discuss some aspect of the presenter’s current research, such as a
thesis/dissertation/MRP chapter or section.
